About 'Stray Steps'

Why? What? Who?
I created Stray Steps to share the highs and lows of my fitness journey—a story of growth, resilience, and finding strength in unexpected places. This film isn’t just for those on a fitness path but for anyone facing uncertainty and seeking the spark to keep moving forward. Every step, every struggle, has purpose, reminding us that progress isn’t always a straight line.

My Fitness Journey

The Story Behind 'Stray Steps'

Where it all started

In 2022, I made a decision that changed my life—I joined the gym. It wasn’t just about lifting weights; it was about taking control, building discipline, and proving to myself that growth starts with showing up.

Finding My Rhythm

In 2023, I started running—not just to stay active, but to push my boundaries. With every mile, I found clarity, resilience, and a rhythm that helped me move forward in more ways than one.

A New Challenge

In 2024, I started Muay Thai. It wasn’t glamorous, but it taught me a lot about pushing through limits and realizing how much more I could handle.

What’s Next?

2025 is here, and I’m excited to see where it leads. With everything I’ve learned so far, I’m ready to face whatever comes next and continue evolving along the way.

Inspirations and Lessons

The turning point that made me commit to this journey, and how has it shaped who I am today.

What keeps me inspired are the small wins along the way—moments when I realize how far I’ve come, even if there’s still a long road ahead. I’m also motivated by the people around me who’ve shown me that progress is possible when you stay consistent. Their stories remind me that every step matters.

Setbacks have taught me that progress isn’t linear, and that’s okay. Every failure has been an opportunity to learn and adjust, even if it didn’t feel like it in the moment. I’ve learned to embrace the process instead of obsessing over the outcome.

Resilience, to me, is no longer about perfection but about showing up—even when it’s hard. Persistence is about taking that next step, however small it might be. This journey has taught me that resilience isn’t innate; it’s built with time, effort, and a willingness to keep going.

Through my story, I hope to show others that it’s okay to stumble, to restart, and to not have everything figured out. If my journey inspires even one person to take that first step or keep going when things get tough, then sharing it has been worth it.

” The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. “
